On-Site and Remote Services
- Weekday Business Hours - $99 first hour, $85 each additional hour - 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Weekend Hours - 9:00am - 2:00pm - Saturday Only - $99 first hour, $85 each additional hour
- After-Hours, Weekends and Holidays - $198.00 first hour, $127.50 each additional hour
- Pick-up/Drop-off Service - $200 flat-fee
In-Store Services
- Full, flat-rate service: $150 for the first computer, $100 for every additional computer per visit
- Quick fix (20 minutes or less), diagnosis, decline repair: $50
